Polypropylene (PP)

PP COPOLYMER

Features:
Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer derived from propylene, which makes its characteristics very similar to polyethylene. However, it has a higher softening temperature and higher stiffness.
The PP is widely used in our daily life, being applied in food packaging, carpets, toys, automotive parts, syringes and carcasses of household appliances.
Its diversification of use is due to its chemical and physical properties, which include resistance to solvents, fatigue, fractures and impact; easy pigmentation, molding, besides not presenting burrs in the cuts.

Components: Propene and Ethene

Density: 0.920 g / cm 3

PP WITH MINERAL LOAD

Features:
PP Composite Sheets with Mineral Load are widely used in the automotive, agricultural machinery and mechanical reinforcement parts. The concentration of up to 40% of high-performance mineral filler gives the product a significant increase in its dimensional stability and stiffness.

Components: Polypropylene and Mineral Charge.

Density:
PP10: 0.95 g / cm 3
PP20: 1.05 g / cm3
PP30: 1.15 g / cm3
PP40: 1.25 g / cm3

Random Copolymer Polypropylene (RCOPO)

Features:

Random PP is an additive material used to provide high transparency. It is suitable for extruded and thermoformed sheets, it presents good processability and excellent impact resistance. It is suitable in various applications such as food packaging, cosmetics, household appliances, lighting, and coatings.

Components: PP coextruded with Thermoplastic Polyolefin
Density: 0.900 g / cm 3
Applications: Beauty Line, White Line, Furniture.
